Moreover a Computer School not only trains an individual on how to operate software but also teaches short cuts which speeds up operations hence increasing productivity within a restricted time frame. While most people opt for formal Software training in Computer Schools there are many who like to learn at home from tutors with there personal computers or laptops. While in such form of training the pupil gets a higher degree of personal attention the training cost also shoots up. Online learning is also gaining popularity these days. There is also a certain percentage that believes in self learning by the trial and error method. Much software has interactive tutorials that make self learning interesting, example the office assistant in most Microsoft software. Even the most complex of Software has the help section to assist the user. But such methods are time consuming and the user more often than not is not able to gain complete knowledge of the software. |
